This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message. That is it. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not sell your information, add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, or share your details with anyone outside Naroko except the service providers below.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, and arrive in our email. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your information only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the working relationship, or as long as the law requires. If you would like your details removed, ask and we will delete them.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have mishandled your information.
