AI training and consulting
Most AI training gets good reviews and changes nothing. We build ours around one workflow your team actually runs, and we measure whether the work changed.
1 in 13
After two well-received training sessions at one client, we checked how many people were using AI on their own a few weeks later. One out of thirteen.
Everyone enjoyed the sessions. Almost nobody's work changed. That number is why our training looks nothing like a workshop.
How it works
Step one
A half-day diagnostic
We sit with your leadership for half a day and pick one workflow: something your team does every week that eats time. You leave with a one-page plan for exactly what we will build and what it should save. This session is paid, because it is where the real thinking happens.
Step two
A 12-week Workflow Sprint
Fixed price, fixed scope. We start with your leaders, because adoption dies without them: a group session, then a short one-on-one with each. Then we work with the four to six people who actually run the chosen workflow, in fortnightly working sessions.
Two rules. Everything gets finished in the room, not as homework. And one of your own people co-builds every piece, so the capability stays when we leave. At the end, your team demos what they built. Not us. Them.
Step three
Measure, then decide
Throughout the sprint we keep a simple scorecard: who is actively using what we built, how often the workflow runs, and the hours saved. If the numbers are good, most clients either pick the next workflow or keep us on a light advisory retainer. If they are not, you will see that too. The scorecard does not lie for us.
Who this is for
We have run these engagements for teams in asset management, private equity, corporate finance, restructuring advisory and commodity trading. It works best for firms of roughly 15 to 50 people where a handful of workflows carry most of the load.
